Brittany Rygg, NP

I was raised in San Angelo, TX. I graduated with my MSN from Carson-Newman University in Jefferson, TN, and attained my BSN at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. I was an emergency department nurse for 9yrs before transitioning to an RN position with UCI.

I became interested in Urology while working in the ED and seeing the impact urologic conditions had on patients. I enjoy educating patients on their conditions and using shared decision-making to individualize a care plan to improve their quality-of-life and achieve their urologic goals.

I am married with two kids and two dogs. When I am not playing with my kiddos or snuggling my dogs, I enjoy reading mystery books and playing puzzles/brain teasers.
